Using The Generated Code To Unlock Your Huawei 3G Modem

To make use of the generated code, insert an unauthorized simcard to your Huawei 3G modem. Unauthorized simcard referring to a simcard from any operators other than the one your huawei 3G modem is currently locked to.

Then you would be asked for the huawei modem’s unlock code. Just enter the unlock code you have received earlier and voila, you can now use your Huawei 3G USB modem with sim cards from any other operator.

I have tested it on my E172  and it worked.
